As a courtesy to you, we are happy to handle the submission of claims to your insurance company and accept reimbursement directly from them. However, your estimated co-pay, including any deductible, is due the day services are rendered.
Please be aware that any amount that is left unpaid by your insurance company at the end of 90 days is your responsibility. While we do our very best to get every insurance dollar for every patient, there are times when your insurance is not responding and we must turn the process over to you. Please know that ultimately you are responsible for all services rendered, regardless of your insurance benefits.
Our office accepts payments by cash, Visa, Discover and MasterCard.
Your insurance benefit plan is a contract between your employer and the insurance carrier. While we do our best to help you understand your insurance coverage, and to research your particular plan, we are unable to provide a guarantee of what your insurance will reimburse our office on your behalf. Should you have specific questions regarding your plan’s limitations, we will try our best to answer them, and will also suggest you may want to contact your insurance directly if our answers re what you expected in terms of your benefits.
